My 1st pair, I acquired as a gift. I am typically a dimensions eight, but these ran just a hair small, and I do not like wearing super skinny socks with boots. I will admit, they are a little bit hard to get on, very well at initially, pretty much impossible. I went up to an 8 1/2, and cherished them. They are still a small challenging to get on, but once you do, they are tremendous at ease. Truly, probably the most cozy pair of leather bottomed boots that I've ever owned. And sooo adorable. I am undoubtedly heading for an additional pair.

This boot is really adorable, undoubtedly with western cowgirl feel. I ordered my typical shoe size 9.five, but observed the toe box a little bit restricted on 1 foot. They search so adorable with skirts and I really like that they have the leather soles. I obtained the two grey and brown. I'm not confident if I'll hold the brown even though...they are a little tight but I am gradually stretching them all around the residence. I ordered the brown scaled-down so I could stretch them and absolutely everyone thinks they appear superior but I like the grey...sort of retro. The grey were super comfortable appropriate out of the box! I have worn them at amusement parks and they really feel great all day strolling. I love that they don't overwhelm a petite leg like a tall boot would. The grey doesn't look that superior with skinny jeans on me even though...I like it more as a summer look with dresses and so on. The brown could work greater with pants. This is a great deal for the leather soles...most Italian designers charge ten instances as significantly for this unique attribute...certainly helps make them softer to walk in. I ponder if I must be treating them specially...

I'm sad to see some reviewers absolutely blowing off this boot simply because they had a tricky time receiving them on! Accurate, they are a snug fit initially (I utilized a shoehorn and pulled them on no challenge) but they loosen up with wear...DEFINITELY. The tight fitting shaft and pointy toe may possibly confuse you into going up one/two dimensions, but don't do it-they loosen and conform to your foot immediately after the initially wear. The leather is lovely and supple and the craftsmanship is what you'd anticipate from Frye. I got the Grey and LIKE THEM! The color is a bit much more on the taupe aspect and the style is ever before so sassy. I am no "nation girl" by any means and I think you can rock these with something from capris to shorts to skirts to a pencil jean. I have searched the web and have not discovered these less costly anywhere...SAVVY BUYERS WOULD SNATCH THESE UP RIGHT AWAY!!

I adore this boot. I purchased the Gray since of the pics and the numerous evaluations that talk about how it goes with EVERY LITTLE THING. But it does not look at all like the picture. The grey looks precisely like the photos of the Taupe boot. So much so that I ordered another pair simply because I believed they had place the wrong boot in the box labeled Gray. The boot is darker than pictured. The leather color and the stitching are the identical, whereas in the pic the stitching stands out currently being darker than the leather. All this said, the colour does go with everything so I've stored it. I was hunting for a boot that would search very good with tan, brown, black, grey and the two dark and light denim. These are it! I have the Frye Harness and it is quite a weighty boot with a boxier toe. I wear eight.5 in the Harness design with lots of toe space. Billy Brief is nice and mild compared to harness. I had to go up 50 % a measurement to nine, even though, because of the narrowness of the toe. And I have slim feet! The eight.five was completely as well tiny, but the instep was a tiny loose for me. With the 9, the instep is a little looser than it most likely must be but with a skinny gel insole and/or a thicker sock, matches definitely nicely and the insole provides ease and comfort. I use one particular in the Harness boot, as well. This boot is great for travel simply because it's an uncomplicated on/off at the airport and doesn't just take a lot room in luggage when you are not donning it. The shaft is slender sufficient that I can even wear a pretty narrow (straight) leg jean more than it with out it pulling awkwardly. And they appear fantastic with bootleg cuts, of course. I do not know if I'll put on it with skirts. If I had far more muscular legs, I surely would. But the shaft diameter is a small big for me to really feel comfy with bare legs and a skirt. Leggings for confident, though, make it get the job done.
